STAY WEATHER AWARE
These will be sent approximately 12 to 24 hours in advance of a significant weather event only.
MOBILE ALERTS VIA TWITTER
During times of active weather, you may want to use Twitter to receive notifications from @UF Weather on potential hazards or damage. While “storm mode” is on, we will ONLY tweet when there is an important update to our forecast or a severe weather advisory, watch, or warning has been issued by the National Weather Service. We will also notify you when the hazardous weather threat has passed and you can safely turn our notifications off.
To set up push notifications from UF Weather on Twitter, follow these instructions.
