For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Cristobal, centered over the northern Gulf of Mexico.

1. A non-tropical area of low pressure is expected to form a few
hundred miles east or northeast of Bermuda within a couple of days.
This system could then acquire some subtropical characteristics by
mid-to-late week while the low meanders over the western Atlantic.
